Campaign Community Action Partnership of Oregon (CAPO) is a non-profit association that serves the agencies that supports Oregonians in need. They provide services to eradicate poverty, and work in collaboration with a variety of partners, representing local, state and federal governments, as well as community and advocacy groups, policy makers and low-income leaders.

Campaign: What Does Poverty Look Like?
There are many people in the state of Oregon at or below the poverty line with no outward appearances of being so. It is easy to shrug and ignore the pan handler but not so easy to turn away from those who do not fit the stereotype. We ask the question: What does poverty look like?
