These Seattle / Tacoma home builders prided themselves on family-focused affordable housing. They hired us to inject a bit of humor into their materials to make a break from the standard “Smiling Relator” images used in print, neighborhood signs, and fliers. The People’s Builder stressed the honest deal – no double talk, no hidden fees, amazing amount of choices in materials and finishes, large lot sizes and short build cycles.

Ad campaign: Instead of only focusing the buyer on the nuts and bolts of purchasing a new home (room count, lot size, square footage, dollars and cents), we thought about how a move to a larger home could positively effect their children’s lives — and ultimately their own.
